Description
Most people know Alameda is an amazing place. Anyone who visits, considers staying. It's close to everything but is also removed enough to feel like a magical oasis.
But, historically, housing options have been costly and limited.
That's soon to change.
Come spend an hour with Andrew Thomas, Director of Building, Planning, and Transportation for the City of Alameda. He'll be discussing plans for bringing new housing to Alameda.
Whether you live here, want to live here, own a business and have staff, or you're in the real estate field, this is important information.
The event is free.
There are three sessions:
-May 7th at 9:00 AM at Coffee Cultures, 1926 Park St, 94501
-May 24th at 4:00 PM at Jim's on the Course, 1 Clubhouse Memorial Rd, 94502
-June 9th at 5:00 PM at Almanac, 651 W Tower Ave, 94501
