Eric Levitt, Alameda City Manager, Mr. Levitt has over 25 years of experience working in local government and over 18 years of experience as a City Manager. Mr. Levitt relocated to Alameda from Simi Valley, California, where he served as City Manager since 2013. Mr. Levitt was also City Manager for Janesville, Wisconsin from 2008-2013 and Sedona, Arizona from 2001 to 2008. |

Mayor Marilyn Ezzy Ashcraft, Marilyn Ezzy Ashcraft was elected Mayor in 2018 after serving on the Alameda City Council. She was Vice Mayor from 2012 to 2014. Before being elected to the City Council, Mayor Ashcraft served on the Planning Board, Economic Development Commission, and Alameda Hospital Board of Directors. In 2000, she co-chaired the successful campaign to build Alameda's Main Library and renovate our two branch libraries. In 2002, she chaired the successful campaign to keep Alameda Hospital open. She represents Alameda at the League of California Cities, is Vice Chair of the League's statewide policy committee on Housing, Community and Economic Development, and serves on the Executive Committee of the League's East Bay Division. She represents Alameda at the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) and is a member of ABAG's Regional Planning Committee. Marilyn is the Vice President of the Alameda County Mayors' Conference and a member of the Alameda County Transportation Commission. As the granddaughter of Syrian and Lebanese immigrants, Marilyn is the first Arab-American member of the Alameda City Council. |

Senator Nancy Skinner, Elected in November 2016, state Sen. Nancy Skinner represents California's 9th Senate District, which includes the cities of Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Emeryville, El Sobrante, Hercules, Kensington, Oakland, Piedmont, Pinole, Richmond, Rodeo, San Leandro, and San Pablo. In the state Senate, Skinner serves on eight committees and is chair of the Public Safety Committee and the Public Safety Budget Committee. She has authored two landmark criminal justice reform laws, opening up police misconduct records for the first time in 40 years and overhauling California's felony murder rule. She also has authored laws to address California's housing crisis and protect the environment and cut greenhouse gas emissions. And in 2019, she authored the Fair Pay to Play Act, SB 206, which made California the first in the nation to allow college athletes to earn money from their name, image, and likeness. Senator Skinner is a past member of the East Bay Regional Park District board, a former small business owner, and an advocate to increase the number of women in elected office. She served on the Board of the East Bay Women's Political Caucus and launched the statewide Women in Power Pac to support Democratic women. |

Joe Ernst, founder of srmErnst, Mr. Ernst has over 20-years of real estate experience in development, investment, asset management and finance. Joe joined SRM Associates in 1999 and became the principal in charge of all new development in 2005. He is also a Portfolio Advisor with Inner City Advisors, an Oakland based non-profit small business and jobs advocacy group. Prior to SRM, Joe was a Vice President in Structured Finance with Norwest Bank Minneapolis structuring private mortgage and asset-backed securities transactions. |

Sean Whiskeman, Senior Vice President , Development of Catellus Development Corporation, is responsible for leasing, marketing and development activities for Catellus, retail portfolio of shopping centers and development projects throughout the Pacific Region. Mr. Whiskeman is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. |

Linda Mandolini, CEO Eden Housing, Linda is a nationally recognized leader in affordable housing development and housing policy. For the past 19 years, she has served as CEO of Eden Housing, one of California's oldest and most successful non-profit housing development organizations. She currently chairs the National Housing Conference, the policy committee for the California Housing Consortium, and the steering committee for the International Housing Partnership Exchange. |
