FREE ONLINE COMMUNITY GROUP: On Mondays, Elizabeth Dandenell, LMFT, is facilitating a free online COVID-19 Community Support Group. Join us from 5:30 - 6:30 PM (PST). The group is limited to 8 participants, so please sign up early and connect with other people as we learn to navigate life in this stressful time.
