We are a licensed, insured, and bonded electrical and general building contractor specialized in the construction and remodel of single family residential homes, restaurants, bars, hotels, offices, and licensed cannabis facilities.

Originally starting in San Francisco's affluent Pacific Heights neighborhood, Shawn worked on some of the homes of the City's most iconic residents. Executives from Apple, Google, Dropbox, Facebook, and other tech leaders were common clients - even Hollywood directors, to hedge fund CEOs, and fashion designers.

In 2010, Shawn ceased contracting but ceased construction. In fact, this is where he began to hone multiple trades as he began buying, fixing, and selling single family residential homes in Berkeley, Oakland, and Fremont. Now, he is a trained electrician, carpenter, plumber, tile setter, floor installer, and low voltage technician. Many of the homes he ''flipped'' were ''price per square foot'' record setters. Before he received his real estate licensed in 2020, he had already bought and sold 14 single family homes by creatively financing 1st and 2nd place trust deeds that were funded by private individuals and lenders.

Now, with lessons learned from the past, Shawn is relocating both contracting and real estate anew by relocating to Alameda, to continue the dreams from the past.
